This website is operated by Devon Andrews Art. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Devon Andrews Art. By visiting our website and/or purchasing artwork from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our website.

Products & Artwork

All artwork is individually created and may include vintage, reclaimed or one-of-a-kind materials.

Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations, imperfections or characteristics may be present and form part of the artwork's unique appearance.

Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and device displays.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

Klarna and other instalment payment services are provided by third-party finance providers and are subject to their own terms, conditions and approval processes.

Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on all orders (Excludes NI)

Mainland UK deliveries are carried out using a specialist courier service selected to ensure artwork is transported safely and securely.

Dispatch Time
All available artwork is carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, photographs, logos, designs and website content remain the intellectual property of Devon Andrews Art.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

We reserve the right to use photographs of sold artwork for promotional, portfolio and marketing purposes.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Customers are responsible for checking dimensions, descriptions and photographs before purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event that an item arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description.

Damaged Items

Any transit damage must be reported to hello@devonandrewsart.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photographs of both the packaging and the artwork.

Failure to report damage within this time frame may affect our ability to investigate the issue with the courier.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website will only be used to process orders and provide customer service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
