Handmade & Unique Artwork

All artwork sold by Devon Andrews Art is individually created and produced by hand. Many pieces incorporate vintage or reclaimed items, meaning minor imperfections may be present and form part of the character and uniqueness of the artwork.

Each piece is one of a kind unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of our artwork, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect measurements taken by the customer.
• Differences in appearance resulting from screen or device settings.
• Personal preference after purchase.

Please ensure that you carefully read the product description, dimensions and photographs before placing your order.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in the event that an item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email and provide clear photographs of:

• The artwork.
• The external packaging.
• Any internal packaging materials.
• The damaged area.

Failure to report transit damage within this time frame may affect our ability to make a claim with the courier.
