Each piece of artwork is individually created, carefully prepared and professionally packaged to ensure it reaches you safely.
UK Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all UK Mainland orders.
Mainland Great Britain
All mainland UK orders are delivered using a specialist one-man courier service. This bespoke delivery service has been selected to ensure each artwork is handled with the utmost care and attention throughout transit.
As many of our pieces are unique and fragile, specialist handling helps minimise the risk of damage during delivery.
NI & International
If you're located in Northern Ireland or outside the UK, we'd still be happy to help where possible. Please get in touch with us before placing an order to discuss delivery options and obtain a shipping quote/ arrange your own courier service. Contact us hello@devonandrewsart.co.uk
Delivery Requirements
Due to the size, weight and unique nature of our artwork, an adult must be available at the delivery address to accept the order.
Deliveries cannot generally be left unattended or in a designated safe place unless expressly agreed in advance and deemed suitable by the courier.
Where appropriate, proof of delivery may be obtained, including photographs and/or video footage of the delivery location and handover. This is solely for the purpose of confirming successful delivery and protecting both the customer and our business.
Dispatch Times
All artwork is carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase.
Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Mainland UK: 3–5 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier availability, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
Packaging
All artwork is professionally packaged using protective materials to ensure safe transportation.
Great care is taken to package every order securely to help prevent damage during transit.
You'll also receive a certificate of authentication and a Thank you Note form myself :-)
Damaged Deliveries
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Photographs of the damaged artwork.
- Photographs of the outer packaging.
- Photographs of any internal packaging materials.
This information allows us to investigate the matter with the courier and work towards a suitable resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect delivery details.
